Abigail Shepherd joined the Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition in October of 2024 as a member of the departmental Business Office.
From a small town just south of Lexington called Burgin, Abigail loves country music, her dog named Spice, and hiking. Fueled by a passion for UK football, she dreams of visiting each SEC stadium to watch the Cats play.
Abigail graduated from the University of Kentucky MG-CAFE, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Equine Science and Management in 2023.
