Toni Humble
Wayne County Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development

Toni Humble serves as the Wayne County Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development with the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service. In this role, she leads dynamic youth programs that empower young people to become confident, capable, and civically engaged citizens. Her work focuses on developing and delivering educational experiences in areas such as leadership, work readiness, citizenship, agriculture, and healthy living.

With a strong commitment to positive youth development, Toni collaborates with schools, volunteers, community partners, and local organizations to create engaging opportunities for youth ages 9–18. She coordinates club activities, school enrichment programs, and countywide events, while also supporting youth as they participate in district, state, and national 4-H experiences.

Toni is known for her passion for mentorship, strong organizational skills, and dedication to cultivating life skills in the next generation of leaders. Through her work, she strengthens the connection between young people and their communities, ensuring that 4-H continues to be a trusted and transformative resource in Wayne County.
