Lynn Avery Blankenship

Extension Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences education, gratefully serving my community of Metcalfe County, KY since 2005.  I partner widely with other organizations serving my community, to provide hands - on educational programs for people throughout the lifespan. My main focus areas include Community Development, Human Development, Wellness/Health, and Food/Nutrition.  In partnership with the Metcalfe County ANR Extension Agent we formed the Metcalfe County Farmers Market in 2008, and have continually developed this weekly, year-round community development and Extension program outlet, on the Metcalfe County Extension campus.
